Meet at the Hamilton Public Library with a story and the first stop in the trick or treating extravaganza. The parade will travel from the library to Dollar General on the east side of the street only. It is easier for an adult or two to cross the street to hand out candy than 50 children crossing the street. Please contact Karie at the library if your business will be participating. Please, no hard candy.
